BY ORDERING ON OUR SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS:
The shipping charges are calculated by the UPS/FedEx web site based upon the total weight of the shipment. Actual charges are assessed based upon an estimated total weight.
Once the Package has left PC Liquidator, you must file all claims for Loss and Damage DIRECT with the Carrier. We do not file the claims on your behalf.
If you select "Will Call", we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup via the email address you provided. DO NOT come down for pickup until we nofify you. If you do not pickup the order within 3 business days after notification, we will charge you the shipping costs and ship you the order. You will not be credited the will call fee.
On some items we do not offer a PCL warranty and they are listed as "Manufacturer Warranty". When the warranty is listed as Manufacturer, you MUST contact them for ALL support and claims! MFG Items are NOT Returnable nor supported by us.
There has been some timeout problems with the UPS website and our system has given up and no charges are listed. We will adjust the invoice at time of shipment to reflect actual charges.
If there is a shipping deviation that was not our fault (ie. typo), you will be assessed/charged the amount that we are assessed by UPS.
There are times when UPS/FedEx Assesses a surcharge on a shipment due to the size or shape of the package. When this happens, we will charge you the assessment amount. We make every attempt to determine up front if this will happen, but sometimes they don't notify us until the end of the month.
We offer free freight on some items. This is ONLY for GROUND. If you select any other shipping method, We will bill you for Freight!
If you refuse a shipment, you will be refunded the amount of purchase less 20% and shipping. All refusals will be subject to this fee for ANY and ALL reasons.
All returns for Non-Defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee
We do not guaranty the fitness of any of our products for your application. We only represent the details of the items as listed on the product manual, supplier provided info, packaging or web pages. Any differences are merely an oversight and our liability is limited to refund or replacement at our option.
NO Returns without RMA Number in advance will be accepted.
Any returns without RMA Number on OUTSIDE OF BOX will be refused and you will be accountable for the shipping expenses
Sales Tax will be charged to all CA residents. In order to avoid Sales Tax, you must have a valid resale certificate on file before ordering. WE WILL NOT REFUND TAXES
All sales are final.
All items carry a defined warranty period as listed individually on the item detail page, unless otherwise noted.
We do not export at this time.
Shipping fees, return shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
No returns other than defective product after 30 days of receipt.
Should a replacement for a defective item not be available, a credit or substituted item will be given (at our option.)
An invoice copy and clearly labeled RMA number must accompany all RMA's.
Customer must pack defective items being returned complete, as if they were new and working condition. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
All item accessories must be included in ALL returns, for ANY reason.
PC Liquidator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
We may substitue an item if we run out of stock for another item of like quality or value.
If there is a need for a return for RMA, you are liable for the shipping costs to return the item(s).
We will ship all RMA returns back via ground. This includes all shipments, no matter what the original shipping method used.
Receipt of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
